PRAYER in both W.Ps. : Writ Petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus calling for the records of the second respondent Corporatioin with regards to the Tender Notice No.02/2016-2017 dated 22.09.2016 and 05/2016-2017 dated 16.09.2016 respectively for the procurement of Speed Control Device for all models of TATA and Leyland buses and the subsequent impugned tender document and process, and to quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent Corporation to publish a fresh Tender Notice for the procurement of Speed Control Device for all models of TATA and Leyland buses, following the due procedure of law prescribed in the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998) and the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Rules, 2000, in a fair transparent manner.
