This Criminal Revision Case has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1121 of 2021 dated 14.06.2021 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruvannamalai.

2. The case of the petitioner is that, he has filed a petition u/s 156(3) of Cr.P.C. in Crl.M.P.No.1121 of 2021 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruvannamalai and the same was dismissed by the trial court vide impugned order dated 14.06.2021 on the grounds that the petitioner has failed to prima facie satisfy the trial court about the commission of offence and also failed to comply the mandatory requirements in approaching the trial court u/s 156(3) of Cr.P.C. Aggrieved by the same, the present revision has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Though very many grounds have been raised by the petitioner against the order impugned, however, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, this Court, without going into the merits of the case may grant liberty to the petitioner to file a private complaint u/s 200 of Cr.P.C. before the concerned court in the manner known to law.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed with the above liberty.
