Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an interim stay of the operation of the order dated 27/02/2017 issued by the Chairman, PKKVK, Government of Puducherry, Office of the Secretary (Agriculature) Puducherry vide Ref.1232/Secy (Agri)/PA/2017 (in WMP.No.8186/2017)pending disposal of the above in WP.No.7493/2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.USHARAMMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. STALIN ABHIMANYU, ADVOCATE for 1st & 2nd Respondents of Mr. S.R. SUNDARAM, ADVOCATE for 3rd Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking interim stay of impugned order dated 27.2.2017 issued by first respondent pending disposal of writ petition.

2. It is seen that no interim order is granted at the time of admission. At this stage, interim stay sought for, cannot be granted, as the issue involved in this writ Petition can be decided only at the time of final disposal. Hence this petition is dismissed.
