ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 294(b), 324, 354(D) of IPC read with Section 12 of Protection of child from Sexual Offences Act in Crime No.447 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the first petitioner who is the son of the petitioners 2 & 3 had threatened the defacto complainant's grand daughter that he will marry her. When the same was questioned by her father and paternal uncle, the first petitioner along with other accused persons had attacked the paternal uncle due to which he sustained injuries. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate submitted that this is the second anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners and and however, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5.Considering the gravity of the offence and on a perusal of the 164 statement and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 16/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
