This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 949 days in filing the criminal appeal as against Judgment dated 12.10.2022 passed in SC No.42 of 2015 on the file of learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Needhi Mandram, Villupuram District

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 949 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
