Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the 1st respondent pertaining to the order dated 12.08.2016 passed in J5/5177/2015 and quash the same and thereby direct the 1st respondent to conduct a proper enquiry, after giving notice to all the parties concerned and to pass orders in the review application dated 20.06.2009 submitted by the petitioner to the 1st respondent expeditiously.

ORDER

When this Court has expressed its opinion that in the very impugned order itself, it has been stated the orders may be passed based on the outcome of the pending civil suit in OS.No.1717/2012 on the file of the learned 6th Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner is otherwise aggrieved after the disposal of the suit or if the authority did not take any action as per law, it is always open to him to move this Court by filing a writ petition.
