2.When the matters were taken up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the petitioners have already filed Review Petitions before the 4th respondent on 19.04.2023 as against the impugned orders passed by the 3rd respondent, dated 02.03.2023. 3.In such view of the matter, having filed the Review Petitions before the 4th respondent, these Writ Petitions cannot be maintained. The 4th respondent shall pass orders on the Review filed by the petitioner on merits, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the event, the petitioner is still aggrieved, liberty is granted to the petitioners to file an appropriate petition. The petitioner may also send the copy of the Review petition to the 4th respondent within seven days. 4.Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed.
