2. The respondents were served, but no representation and no counter was filed in the application to condone the delay.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 598 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal S.R.No.112733 of 2025 is condoned on the condition that the claimant shall not be entitled to any interest on the enhanced amount, if any, for the period of 598 days.
