2. According to both the counsels, the Arbitrator has already heard the arguments of both the counsels and has reserved the arbitral claim for pronouncing the Arbitral Award.

After giving due consideration to the contents of the affidavit filed in support of this application and in view of the no objection stated by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is allowing the application as prayed for, by directing the Arbitral Tribunal to pass the Arbitral Award, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
