On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, and finding the reason assigned by the petitioner(s) to be justifiable, the interest for the default period is ordered to be waived. Therefore, the delay in filling CMA.SR.No.112737 of 2024 is condoned.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
