C.M.P.No.19415 of 2024 in Cross Objection SR.No.106092 of 2024 R.HEMALATHA , J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1694 days in filing the Cross Objection.

2. Mr.S.Vadivel and Mr.R.Udhayakumar, learned counsels undertake to file vakalat for R1 and R3 respectively and did not raise any serious objection in allowing the petition.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 1694 days in filing the Cross Objection is condoned.

4. Registry is also directed to number the Cross Objection, if it is otherwise in order, and print the names of Mr.S.Vadivel and Mr.R.Udhayakumar for R1 and R3 respectively in the cause list.

5. It is made clear that for the period of delay of 1694 days, the petitioners / Cross objectors will not be entitled for any interest if in the event of this Court enhancing the amount of compensation fixed by the Tribunal.

6. Post the Cross objection along with CMA No.4198 of 2019 on 30.09.2024.
