O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that though the F.I.R was registered in the year 2011, it is still pending without much progress. This Court is of the view that if time is stipulated to the respondents to complete the investigation rather than quashing the F.I.R., the ends of justice would be secured.

2. In the light of the above observation, there shall be direction to the 1st respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.997 of 2011 as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
