Respondent in WP.No.10083 of 2013 (R4-Impleaded as per order dated 27.10.2014 in MP.1 of 2014 in WP.No.10083 of 2013) Prayer in W.P.No.5186 of 2017: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order dated 23.08.2016 made in No.3251/DCE/S2/FL.2/200304/Vol. II of the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently forbear the 1st respondent from renewing the FL2 license for the period of 2017-18 in respect of Balaji Wines, Door No.1-4, Kamaraj Salai, Pondicherry, license No.34/FL2/20012002 in favour of 3rd respondent and consequently direct the 1st respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the above said licence.

Prayer in W.P.No.10083 of 2013: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Declaration declaring the license No. 34/FI-2/2001-2002 granted to the 3rd respondent in the name of Balaji wines by the 2nd respondent as illegal arbitrary and abuse of power and to be cancelled.

O R D E R

2. Recording the E-mail addressed by the petitioner to the Registry, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
