Crl.O.P.No.5362 of 2016 K.KALYANASUNDARAM,J When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the respondent police, who received the complaint as against the petitioner, has transferred the same to Central Crime Branch, Chennai. Therefore, no case is registered in the respondent police as against the petitioner nor petition enquiry pending.

2.Recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], the criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to file appropriate petition.
