RC0322021A0011 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition The Petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the first and fifteenth of every month till the filing of charge sheet and thereafter on every hearing date. All other conditions remains unaltered imposed by this Honourable in Crl.O.P.No.14698/2021 order dated 27/09/2021 pass any other orders as this Honourable Court deems fit and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.INFANT DINESH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14698 of 2021 on 31.08.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till the filing of the charge sheet.
