Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Third Respondent to declare the probation of the Petitioner without insisting the Petitioner to qualify himself in the Teachers Eligibility Test and consequently issue suitable directions directing the Respondents to declare his probation and give all other monetary benefits like seniority, increments, etc. to the Petitioner.

Heard Mr. M.Sriram, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Silambannan, Learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mrs. C.Sangamithirai, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First and Third to Fifth Respondents and Mr. R.Neelakandan, Learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr. C.Kathiravan, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Second Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.
The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Third Respondent to declare the probation of the Petitioner without insisting the Petitioner to qualify himself in the Teachers Eligibility Test and to grant all other monetary benefits including increments.

It has been brought to notice that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Fourth Respondent by Order in Moo. Moo. No. 5135/A5/2018 dated 09.10.2018 had held that the Petitioner has completed the period of probation and its copy has been placed on record.

In view of the aforesaid subsequent events, nothing remains for consideration in this Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.
In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations.
Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
