Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.06.2023, in so far as, in the said representation, the petitioner had sought for to provide with the certified copies of the Bank Realization Certificate (BRC) or to allow the petitioner of having access to the online web portal of DGFT, so as to retrieve the said BRC documents, from the said portal, concerning the shipment of the export consignment, covered under the five Shipping Bills (1) 2334220 dated 21.11.2016 (2) 5998778 dated 11.05.2017 (3) 5230969 dated 30.05.2018 (4) 7459488 dated 08.09.2018 and (5) 3083936 dated 28.03.2019, so as to produce such BRC to the Customs authorities as well as to the Customs First Appellate Authority.
