ORDER
This petition has been filed to quash the FIR No.228 of 2017 dated 29.03.2017 for the offences under Sections 341 and 506(1) IPC, pending on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the 1st respondent police has already completed the investigation, laid final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.151 of 2017, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Omalur.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
