This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 40 days in filing the appeal in CA.No. Of 2024 filed before this Court against the judgment passed in Special SC.No.7 of 2024 dated 28.03.2025 by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram FTMC, Uthagamandalam.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 40 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
