ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking relief to transfer the investigation in Crime No.85 of 2019 from the file of the second respondent to some other investigating agency.

Heard Mr.Manoj Sreevalsan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police 1&2. 3.
Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police 1&2 on instruction would submit that in respect of the petition mentioned crime No.85 of 2019, the second respondent completed the investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, as "Further action dropped". Further he would submit that with regard to call for objection, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, issued notice to the petitioner and the matter is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Page numbers
posted on 03.12.2020. The said submission is recorded. 4.
In view of the above, since the investigation in Crime No.85 of 2019 has already been completed, the question of transferring the investigation does not arise. The petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

Accordingly for the reasons stated above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
