ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.12.2021 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner, who is aged about 70 years person, lodged a complaint on 06.12.2021 to the second respondent but no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint against his own grandson and it is a family dispute. The primary enquiry is going on.
