The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16205 of 2024 dated 18.07.2024 that he shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 2.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for the past forty days; that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is still pending.

Considering that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
