When the matter was listed for hearing on 13.03.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 15.03.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today also i.e on 17.03.2023, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioners. Thus, it is evident that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter.
