Crl.M.P.No.12303 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15251 of 2024 P.DHANABAL, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition stipulated at the time of granting police on every alternate day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three (3) months in order dated 04.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15251 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for the past twenty-five days; that no previous case is pending against the petitioner; and that the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also taking into consideration the nature of offences, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of the English calendar month for a period of three (3) months.
