This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph 3 of the order dated 05.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.9673 of in Crl.O.P.No.7914 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall report before the Additional District Judge, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore on every Friday at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months.
