This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 6 (b) imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 09.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.15399 of 2024, viz., the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation is completed and the petitioner has complied with the aforesaid condition, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
