The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under sections 406 and 420 r/w 34 IPC in Crime No.673 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the respondent police has received the complaint against the petitioner for job racketing. He would further add that the petitioner had received a total a sum of Rs.18,00,000/- from eight persons to secure employment in the Government Department. He would further point out that the earlier petition filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail was dismissed on 09.12.2015. 3.Considering the said submission of the learned Government Advocate [Crl.
