In view of the demise of the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed as abated. However, it shall be open to the learned counsel for the petitioner to seek restoration of the revision petitions, in the event, anything survives, by filing appropriate applications to condone the delay and to set aside the abatement. 3.

Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are closed. No costs.
