PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to implement the Official Communication issued by the 1st respondent dated 16.11.2016 vide D.No.1688/2016.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for the relief of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent police to implement the order passed by the Principal District Munsif Court, Coimbatore to give police protection.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the fourth respondent had filed a petition to vacate the injunction order and the injunction was also vacated and the petition was also dismissed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by the order dated 06.09.2018. Subsequently, the property itself has been sold.

3.In view of the above, the cause of action for filing the writ petition no more survives and no further orders can be passed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
