ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on every Monday" imposed in Crl.MP.No.16658 of 2023 in 1/4
Crl.A.No.1049 of 2023 dated 31.07.2024.

It is seen that this Court, while suspending the sentence imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 31.07.2024 in Crl.MP.No.16658 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1049 of 2023, imposed one of the conditions as stated above. However, now the petitioner has filed this miscellaneous petition praying to relax the aforesaid condition.

However, on perusal of records, this Court is inclined only to modify the said condition. Accordingly, the aforementioned condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on the first day of every month till the disposal of the criminal appeal". Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.
