PRAYER: Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to dispose of I.A.Nos. 1 & 2 of 2020 in H.M.O.P.No. 04 of 2017 pending before the learned Sub Court, Thiruvallur District, within the stipulated time.

Considering the scope of the prayer sought for, notice to the respondent is deemed unnecessary.

2. The petitioner seeks an early disposal of applications filed by her in I.A.Nos. 1 & 2 of 2020 seeking interim maintenance and also return of articles.

3. It is seen from the records that the applications were filed on 07.02.2020. A perusal of the print out from the e - Courts website shows that applications have been adjourned on various dates without any progress.

4. In view of the same, the trial Court, namely, the Sub Court, Thiruvallur District, is directed to dispose of I.A.Nos. 1 & 2 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

6. With the above said direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed. No costs.
