J U D G M E N T

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed seeking to set aside the interim order dated 03.07.2019, passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator Mr.C.Prasanna Venkatesh, in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in KBB CM 138/2019.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellants that the appellants have filed this appeal against the interim order dated 03.07.2019 passed by the learned Arbitrator. During pendency of the appeal, the learned Arbitrator has passed the final order. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in the present civil miscellaneous appeal.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
