Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 23.02.2017, made in G.O.Ms.No.54, Revenue (LD2(1)) Department, passed by the 1st respondent, to quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to grant lease hold right to the petitioner based on his application dated 22.03.2012 in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.320/2B and 320/2C situate at Padi Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District.
