2. Heard Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. On the strength of the settlement deed, dated 23.04.2020 in respect of the subject properties, the petitioner applied for patta before the third respondent and it is pending.

4. Considering the same, the third respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.07.2021 and 01.12.2021, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and pass order to issue patta and dispose of the same, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
