ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed by order dated 30.10.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.15177 2024, thereby directing that "the petitioner shall appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Namakkal on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders."

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before Trial Court on the first working day of once in every six months. Accordingly, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of August 2025, and thereafter continue to appear once in every six months, following the same cycle, until the disposal of the appeal. 25.07.2025 nsl 2/3
