ORDER

A letter dated 23.02.2021 was circulated by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the registry requesting the registry to list the matter for withdrawal of the writ petition. When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
