DHANABAL, J Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was suffering from viral fever, therefore, he was unable to comply with the earlier order passed by this Court dated 22.07.2024.

2. Considering the above aubmission made by him as well as the affidavit filed by the petitioner, this Court grants one month time to comply with the earlier order passed by this Court dated 22.07.2024 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
