The petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in para no.9(c) in Crl.O.P.No.18621 of 2024 order dated 07.08.2024 the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
