The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 06.04.2023 made in M.C.No.33 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Mr.V.Vijaya Ragavan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
