Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose the petitioner's application dated 08.10.2021 and 27.11.2021 and survey the land and lay the boundary stone and issue separate patta to the petitioner in Survey Nos. 341/3, 342/3 and 343 to the extent of 0.46 cents situated at Vadapudhur Village, Kinathukadavu Taluk, Coimbatore District.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose the petitioner's application dated 08.10.2021 and 27.11.2021 and survey the land and lay the boundary stone and issue separate patta to the petitioner in Survey Nos. 341/3, 342/3 and 343 to the extent of 0.46 cents situated at Vadapudhur Vilage, Kinathukadavu Taluk, Coimbatore District.

2. Heard, Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to survey and measure the property, after issuance of notice to the counter parties and adjacent land owners, if any, after giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
