This application has been filed seeking leave to file the suit for partition including the property in Suit A and B Schedule properties situated at Tiruvallur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

3. Suit A and B Schedule properties are in Tiruvallur and 'C' Schedule properties in Tondiarpet, within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. Considering the nature of the suit, leave sought is granted and this application stands allowed.

5. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
