No. 70/20132014 dated 21.01.2014 in Claim (ARC) No. 449/2012 and quash the same.

The relief sought for in this writ petition is against Co-operative Society. Admittedly, there is an alternative remedy available, by way of appeal, as against the impugned proceedings, under Section 152 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.

Therefore, reserving the liberty of the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy, as provided under Section 152 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the writ petition is dismissed.
