Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Advocate General assisted by S.Karthikeyan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in the order passed by us on 01.03.2023 in CMP.No.19585 of 2022 in WA.No.650 of 2019, a typographical error has crept in, wherein, we stated that the promotions will be effected as per the Special Rules framed by this Court, however, it should actually be the Special Rules framed by Government, which is called Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board Service Rules 1972. The above mistake should be corrected in the said order.

2. In view of the above submission, paragraph 3 of the said order is replaced as follows:

"3. Hence, this petition is allowed. The Board will take into account the claims of all the persons in the Feeder Category while granting adhoc promotion as per the Tamil Page No.1/3

Nadu Slum Clearance Board Service Rules 1972."

3. The Registry is directed to issue corrected order copy to the parties forthwith.
