(CRIME NO.805/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30. a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.20447 of 2021 order dated 29/10/2021 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20447 of 2021 on 29.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on monthly twice i.e. on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. -sd/- 15/12/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
