ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 174, 306 of IPC in Crime No.1127 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 05.12.2021 the complaint was given by the father of G.Sathya worked as Principal to our School, who was in a very frustrated depressed state after she was divorced by her husband a year back and her state of mind got worsened when her husband married her cousin very shortly after divorce. As she was young having a daughter aged 12 years studying in the same school. She committed suicide out of her mental depression. She was no way connected in this case. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the victim developed legal intimacy over the divorcee and her daughter aged about 12 years and the same was questioned by the son of the petitioner, there was a wordy quarrel and out of which she depressed and committed suicide being the scene of occurrence and investigation still pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, investigation is in initial stage, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
