ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition has been filed to restrain the respondents to open a liquor shop bearing No.3839 at the premises identified at Moovendar Nagar, Bhavani-Kavumdampadi Village, Erode District.

2.Learned counsel for the respondents submits that there is no proposal right now for opening a shop at the location aforesaid.

3.In view of the above, nothing would survive in this writ petition rather it has been filed prematurely and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to file a fresh petition if permission is granted for opening of a liquor shop despite objections as per the Rules.
