This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13201 of 2024 by an order dated 19.06.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels and the fact that the petitioner is complying with conditions without fail and the investigation is almost completed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
