The Writ Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.No.25383 of 2023 has been filed to restore the Writ Petition in W.P.No.19648 of 2023.

2. The voluntary submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner for donating the cost amount of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the Adyar Cancer Institute stands appreciated.

3. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- to the Adyar Cancer Institute within a period of two weeks. Consequently, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition in W.M.P.No.25383 of 2023 in W.P.No.19648 of 2023 stands ordered.
