2. Heard, Mr.N. Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S. Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, by giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
