Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.
2. The petitioner herein claiming title over the property which is subject matter of A.S.No.9 of 2019, pending on the file of Sub-Court, Thittakudi. He has issued lawyer notice to the respondents 1 to 3, not to initiate steps for mutation of records.
3. Fearing that the respondents 1 to 3, at the instance of respondents 5 to 13 may transfer the Revenue records pending A.S.No.9 of 2019, on the file of Sub Court, Thittakudi has filed this Writ Petition seeking Mandamus forbearing the respondents from modifying the records.
4. The Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the representation of the petitioner has been received by the Tashildar, Thittakudi and he has caused notice to the parties concerned to appear before him for the enquiry scheduled on 04.10.2019 and based on the enquiry report, action will be taken on the representation of the petitioner.
5. Recording the above submission made by the Additional Government Pleader for the respondent, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
